Q1 What are your payment options?

We accept major credit card (Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, Diners). Mailed invoices for corporate accounts are handled on a request basis. Please contact us by phone when you wish to pay by personal check. (1-800-788-3367)

Q2 Is there any discount?

A 5 dollar discount will be applied for those customers who are enrolled in a personal Ichiban Talk and JapanNet account. A minimum of $49 telegram service is required at the time of purchases.

Q3 Where can I view the telegram cards?

You can preview telegram cards on Set Greetings page, Customized Greetings page, and Domestic Telegram page.

Q4 Can orders be placed in advance?

Orders can be placed up to two months prior to the delivery day.

Q5 When I order by Internet and enter a date of delivery and it says "the date cannot be accepted". Why is the date not accepted?

When the date you request and the date of the ceremonies are the same, You will see the date cannot be accepted. Please enter the date of delivery a day before the ceremony. If the ceremony takes place the following day, please enter the date of delivery only and leave the date of the ceremony blank.

Q6 I have the name of the ceremonial hall but I do not have the address. Will the telegram be able to be delivered?

As long as ceremonial hall is listed in our system we will be able to deliver. If hall is not in our system will not accept order without address.

Q7 I have the delivery address but I do not have the telephone number. Will the telegram be delivered?

Telegram will be delivered without a telephone number. However, the telephone number is necessary for the Flower Gift Service Since the flower shop may contact the recipient before the delivery.

Q8 Whose name should I write down for condolence recipient?

The recipient name will be the chief mourner. If name is unknown, please send telegram recognition to the deceased or to the family of the deceased.

Q9 If recipient is not home, what will you do?

After confirming recipient's address, the Telegram will be dropped in the recipient's mailbox.
