Service Summary
- For Set Greetings, choose a greeting from our list. For Customized Greetings, create your own personalized message.
- Your message can be up to 300 characters or 600 letters. Two alphabets are considered as one character. (The sender's name is included.)
- All greeting and messages will be printed on a fine paper.

- Discount is not available for Ichiban Talk and JapanNet personal enrolled customers for Domestic Telegram service.
- Telegrams orders that have been received Monday through Thursday before 3:00 PM Pacific standard time will be delivered next day. Telegrams orders that are received Fridays will be delivered the following Monday. (Excluding holidays and weekends)
- Saturday delivery is also available in selected areas for an additional $15.00.
- AM delivery is available in selected areas for an additional $5.
